What is the Program?
The A.S.P.P will discount your school event from 2% to 100%. Every rental customer that mentions your schools name will discount your schools event 2% the more customers that rent increases your percentage. For example if 50 customers rent from Astro Events and they mention your schools name Astro Events will discount your schools event by 100%.
How can my school participate?
Send our school promotion flyers out to notify the families of how they can support your schools.
What if we exceed the 100%?
If more the 100 customers use our services the excess amount will go onto your next schools event.
How many inflatables can be used for an event?
Your school can choose any 4 inflatables as well as 2 concession machine items. An example of event inflatables are giant slides, obstacle courses, regular slides, dunk tank, water slides cotton candy, sno cone machine.
Are there any days that are restricted?
Yes, Saturday.
What is the best way to use this program?
School carnivals fund raisers, October Fest, end of year events anything you want.
If we start the program late in the year does the percentage discount carry over?
Yes, if you start your program late in the school year discount percentage will carry over until you decide to redeem the discount on your event.
How will we know who has used your company from our school?
We will email the school a copy of every receipt. Each recite represents a 2% discount.
